TL;DR: The eufy Window Camera E10 is a $79.99 plug-in camera that sticks to the inside of a window and watches the street, porch or driveway from indoors — no drilling, no outdoor mounting, no weather to worry about. It records in 2.5K with colour night vision, stores footage on a microSD card (up to 256GB, not included), and runs its people, vehicle and pet detection with no monthly fee. It is available to pre-order now in the US from eufy. The trade-offs: it is wired, it cannot see through frosted or patterned glass, and HomeKit is not supported.

Overview

Window cameras are a small but clever category: mount the camera indoors, point it through the glass, and you get an outdoor view with indoor convenience. Wyze proved the demand with its cheaper 1080p model; eufy's E10 is the step-up version. It adds 2.5K resolution, a faster f/1.0 lens with colour night vision, an anti-glare zero-gap mount, and a manual 25-degree downward tilt so the frame covers packages and doorsteps instead of sky.

eufy sells it as a single camera for $79.99 on pre-order in the US, with multi-packs also listed on its store. Everything below comes from eufy's official product page and spec sheet.

Key features

Anti-glare by design, not by hope

The classic window-camera failure is reflections: at night, indoor light bounces off the glass and whites out the picture. The E10 attacks that three ways — a zero-gap mount that holds the lens assembly against the glass, an anti-glare face, and included anti-reflection stickers. eufy is honest about the limit: extra-thick double- or triple-pane glass can still show slight edge glare at night.

No monthly fee for the features that matter

AI detection, 24/7 recording and smart alerts all work without a subscription, with footage on your own microSD card — the model we keep recommending in our guide to indoor cameras with no monthly fee. Cloud storage exists, but it is optional.

A real tilt, aimed at the doorstep

A rear dial tilts the lens down up to 25 degrees, so a camera mounted at eye level still catches packages, visitors and pets at ground level instead of wasting the top of the frame on the sky.

eufy E10 vs Wyze Window Cam

The obvious rival is the camera in our Wyze Window Cam review: at $34.98 it is less than half the E10's price, but it records in 1080p. The E10's 2.5K sensor, f/1.0 colour night vision and dual-band Wi-Fi are aimed at buyers who found the Wyze's picture too soft for faces and plates. If you would rather watch the room than the street, eufy's own pan-tilt models — see our eufy Indoor Cam E30 review and eufy Indoor Cam E220 review — cover indoors for similar money. Renters get the most from the E10 either way: it is exactly the drill-free setup we recommend for indoor cameras for renters.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • 2.5K video with f/1.0 colour night vision — a clear step up from 1080p window cams
  • Anti-glare zero-gap mount plus anti-reflection stickers tackle the category's biggest flaw
  • No subscription needed for AI detection, alerts or 24/7 local recording
  • Dual-band Wi-Fi, 25° manual tilt, installs in under a minute with no tools

Cons

  • Plug-in only — the 10 ft cable decides where it can live
  • No HomeKit, and no HomeBase 2 support
  • microSD card is not included; two-way talk through thick glass is limited
  • Cannot be used on frosted, patterned or broken glass, or for subjects closer than 0.5 m

Who it's for

Renters and homeowners who want a driveway, porch or package view without mounting anything outside — and who are willing to pay $79.99 for 2.5K clarity instead of settling for a $35 1080p window cam.

FAQ

How much does the eufy Window Camera E10 cost?

$79.99 in the US, available to pre-order from eufy's official store; multi-packs are also listed there.

Does the eufy E10 need a subscription?

No. AI detection, 24/7 recording and smart alerts work with no monthly fee using a microSD card (up to 256GB, not included). Cloud storage is an optional extra.

Does the eufy Window Camera E10 work with HomeKit?

No. eufy states Apple HomeKit is not currently supported. It works with Alexa and Google Assistant, standalone or with HomeBase S380, Mini and Professional (not HomeBase 2).

Will it work through any window?

It is designed for clear interior window glass. eufy says to avoid frosted, patterned or broken glass, subjects closer than 0.5 m, and high-floor downward views where blind zones grow. Thick multi-pane glass can cause slight night-time edge glare.

How is it powered and installed?

It is a plug-in camera (USB-C, 10 ft cable, adapter included) that sticks to the inside of the window with a reusable, residue-free adhesive — eufy quotes an install time of under a minute.
