About
Bestindoorcam.com is an independent review site for indoor cameras. We write for people who are about to buy a camera for an apartment, a nursery corner, a pet room, a home office, or a hallway, and who want a straight answer: which one we would plug in, and which one we would leave on the shelf.
What this site is
The articles are buying guides, head-to-head comparisons, and single-camera reviews. They cover cameras already sold by major retailers. We talk about resolution, night vision, pan and tilt, local storage, smart-home apps, and the monthly plan that sometimes costs more than the camera.
We are not a store. We do not ship cameras. When a link goes to a retailer, it may be an affiliate link. The affiliate disclosure explains that. A commission does not buy a better verdict. If a cheaper camera fits the room, we say so.
What we do not pretend
We do not pretend to have lived with every camera for a month, and we do not publish fake lab scores. Specifications come from manufacturer materials and current product listings, and those sheets change. When a number matters, we say where it comes from. When a listing might differ by region or year, we tell you to read the box you are about to buy.
We also do not give legal advice. Indoor cameras touch privacy, consent, and sometimes landlord or workplace rules. Our review method and the placement guide explain the editorial line. Your local rules still win.
Who writes
The byline is Bestindoorcam Editors. That is this site, not a fictional tester with a made-up lab. Corrections are welcome on the contact page. If a spec is wrong, we would rather fix the sentence than defend it.
Advertising
The site is built to carry Google AdSense once the account is approved for this domain. Ads are labeled. They are not the article. The Privacy Policy explains cookies, including advertising cookies, and how to opt out of personalized ads.
